Definitions for every metric published on InstantJobs, how backend-to-backend snapshots are supplied by authenticated snapshots, and the strict quality and privacy guardrails every cohort must pass.

1. Zero-Footprint Backend-to-Backend Telemetry Sync

Every six hours, an automated aggregation worker computes candidate supply counts, target compensation percentiles (p25 / p50 / p75), skill shares, seniority distributions, and trailing 90-day interview-request acceptance rates across verified anonymous candidate pools. The worker signs the JSON payload with HMAC-SHA256 and pushes it to POST /api/sync.

InstantJobs stores the snapshot in its local WAL-mode SQLite database and renders all pages server-side. No client-side browser request ever calls external platform APIs, and no individual candidate profile URLs, names, or employers are ever exported.

3. The 15-Candidate Minimum Publishing Threshold

A role-and-city page (/talent-index/[role]-in-[city]) is indexed (index,follow) only when at least 15 verified candidates are active and at least 3 anonymized Wigi Highlights are available.
Markets below 15 active candidates are automatically served with <meta name="robots" content="noindex,follow">, excluded from sitemap.xml and llms.txt, and never padded with synthetic profiles.
Whenever a 6-hour sync changes a cohort's count or median salary, its dateModified schema timestamp updates and IndexNow notifies Bing and ChatGPT Search immediately.
